
Meet Parm!
Parm holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She has lived in the Cariboo region for over 10 years and worked in healthcare for the past eight. Through her work, she recognized the vital role of emotional and mental well-being in overall health and has since dedicated herself to supporting individuals facing mental health and behavioural challenges.
She integrates Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry and Socratic questioning in her counselling approach, working with adults, couples, adolescents, and teens.
Originally from India, Parm now lives in 150 Mile House, BC, with her spouse and teenage son. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and is committed to serving Williams Lake and surrounding communities with accessible, culturally responsive counselling support.
